Hello do you have history of trauma?its difficult to diagnose without x Ray . it could be ligament tear , .meniscal injury ,muscle spasm , nerve injury ... You give rest to that limp , observe when pain increases and decreases .... If it's unbearable pain take one pain killer ,Consult orthopedic surgeon with x Ray of left knee .
