Bone & Muscle problems

I am a student who is working as a trainee.While writing or working constantly in front of a laptop, I get severe pain in my neck and right shoulder.it has been the same for almost 6 years.What should I do?

Chronic pain in Knee cap having sleepless night. Shooting pain. Additional info.. My body is stiff, hamstring tight and Quadrapices weak as per physiotherapists. Currently doing stretching exercises but pain still exist. Even after eating medicine pain still exist. Only slightly pain reduce after medicine. No previous medical history of bones. However in one test done in my office, my calcium is low body. Its been one month already and no pain relief. Have undergone blood test yesterday which includes uric acid test results awaited. Please advise what condition I am facing. Is my condition completely curable?

My mother is suffering from knee and wrists pain.It started from wrist and then to knee of same side(right). After that now the pain is in both knees, wrists and elbow too. She is taking ayurvedic treatment from past 15 days but I am not seeing any change,the pain and swelling has increased though. Now she is not in condition to walk for daily essential things like washroom.Due to climatic conditions (winter,too cold.average temperature less than 10°C) also, the problem is making worse.

I have fracture in my right.i take plaster after 10 days and use bandage for 15 days.now 40 days completed but swelling remains.swelling increases when I walk long distance.please advice ?
