Removal of rods
Last year my father had meet with a lethal accident in which his leg was broken. His femur was broken into two half.he was operated and 2 rods have been fitted in his leg.he was kept under supervision of docters for 1 months. i would like to know how long it will take to get rid of the rods.

Safe period is one year.
In case of infections implants may be removed early.
