Disc bulge, is working in shift ok fr me
I have disc bulge issue, and severe back pain due to the same.. I work in in a IT company and my work hours are rotational.. is it necessary for me to keep a routine working hours and avoid shifts in working hours?

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
