I wonna grow up few more inches height
I am 19 years old boy. Now my height is 5.3 inches.I had been in the same height from past 5 years . My father height is 5.5 inches. Becoming few more inches height is my dream.Beard and mustache has also arrived for me. .Is there any possibility for me to become height.

Play basket ball.. volleyball.. do skipping.. running and high jumps.. the more load you give to your bones LONGITUDINALLY.. they is possibility they will lengthen.. boys growth spurt which might be last in life is from 18 yrs to 21 yrs.. so wish you best luck..
