How to relief groin pain

Hello D.Whoever I have a pain between my leg and pubic where atually my leg connected to my hip, i play soccer i think its where i get that pain! I need a quick treatment and it hurts alot after any match i play. Also i can hear sound of friction between a joint there PLEASE HELP

Looks like groin tear or Gilmore’s groin. If it is really bothering then visit an orthopaedic surgeon for MRI
