My vit D is 15, where it should be min 75, my back x-ray reads degenerative changes in Lumbar spine with osteophytes formation and loss of normal lumbar lordosis. Is it something to worry too much? What does this mean? Having too much back pain

What physiotherapy treatment should I follow for TFCC tear injury? Where should i visit for it in Bangladesh? Is there any website that might help me?

I am experiencing mild pain all over the body from last 10 days. The pain comes for a few seconds and then goes. I have my cbc esr and ra factor done and it was normal.could this be fibromyalgia symptom i don't have any tenderness.i am very much tensed.please help.Regards

My daughter is a volleyball player and she injured her shoulder and is unable to move it or use it. The pain has just gotten worse and it’s so bad to the paint where she can’t even open a car door because the pain has gone to her hands sometimes. The main source of pain is on the back of her shoulder and it extends to her arm and neck. please help

I was skiing yesterday and my hurt really bad whenever I moved it at all or put weight on it. it is on the outside right around where the small bump is. its worse today then it was yesterday and it hurts to put pressure on it when I touch it. its not too obviously swollen but it look a bit swollen. My 9yo son has a pain in his left tight.when he sits he doesn't feel pain,Only pressure sometimes. When he walks he feels pain and limps. At night it hurst him, to the point when he can't sleep and cries. This happened couple of months ago and lasted 3-5 days. We went to the emergency room, the blood and X-rays were clear.His pediatrician took blood and said that the blood showed that my son had strep and it might be the side effect or growing pains. I'm worried,something is wrong.

Sir I am chandu 26 yr from Hyderabad. While running bone fracture occurred 25 days back. Local doctor treated with POP. And suggested Cissus quadrangularis Linn extract tablet (fitwalk) and acetaminophen and tramadol hydrochloride tablet s USP (delpodol) . Today same doctor checked and removed POP and suggested to walk with crape bandage. Plz suggest me for better heal . Thanks..
