Fracture in right leg just below joint
Hi Team, My right leg below knee joint bone got fracture, it's touching joints from down. Total length of the fracture 1.5-2 inches but it's getting end on joint. Please suggest whether it requires surgery with plates or normal plaster would be fine. Attached here CT scan report. Thanks, Ajit

Young active pts surgery is only option... Old fragile...non active guys can go for plasters....

Send x-ray picture and clear CT pictures, it is undisplaced but intraarticular fracture,, can be treated by cast also

Surgical screw fixation will be necessary for secure and quick recovery and ambulation. Approach an orthopedic surgeon immediately.
