My kid Vivaan fell on ground and landed on his left arm. There was no swelling but he had immense pain. After applying ice pack the pain subsided and he was able to move the hand but still not moving like he does usually.

He could have sustained a ligament sprain as often is the case in children. Added to it there could be bursitis depending on the point of contact with the ground. You have done the right thing in applying ice immediately but you need to follow up with medical and physiotherapist examination and opinion.
Next Steps
Please approach an orthopedician and then a physiotherapist for further advice.
