Hi my age is 36 years and my muscels are weak . my musceles cramps any where inbody inback around ribs. In hands. What defeciency is it.which medicine should i take

Cold ..vit d3 and vit b12 deficiency is the most common cause during winters for cramps.... Check both the levels and consult ortho doc

Dehydration is one of the simplest but major causes for muscle cramps especially those between ribs and calf muscles and sometimes even the hamstrings at the back of the thighs.

Hello, mostly muscle cramps are due to dehydration, so drink plenty of water. Sodium deficiency, vitamin deficiencies are reason for cramps.
