  4. Left arm pain. Pain is in full left arm!

I have been having pain in left arm from last 15 days .it has started from lower arm and now pain is in full left arm

Get your self evaluated for cervical spondylosis and PIVD. Conditions needs evaluation with X-rays or MRI. You can try: 1. Hot water compression thrice daily for 1 week. 2. Cervical spine exercises. 3. Soft collar to use . 4. Medications like Myoril, Etova MR, Enzomac and Neurokind LC will help.
