Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from spine and joint problem as i have done many x-ray of l.s..spine ap/lat and M hip ap/lat ..Doctor sugget me to do a surgery as they are saying that the blood is not passing at spine ball thats why the ball getting small day by day. but i dont want to do a surgery plz suggest me a other solution not surgery..

My mother suffering with body pains ..Regularly taking pain killer tablets but pains not controlling...

Having Cervical problem,And Last ten days several pain,feeling stifness all backside neck.Some time feeling headeach.

Having severe pain under my right shuoldwe blade can't move that side at all with out shooting pain into my ribs I can barely move my right side

I have pain in a particular point of foot bursitis (picture of specific point of pain is attached). It hurts more while walking but in notmal condition it does not hurt much. I am not sure it's bone related problem or some nurve related. I have tried moov cream, anti biotics and combiflam and nurobian but no benefit.

The side of my hand is swelling up and turning blue. It causes pain and discomfort when I move or touch it. Do you happen to know what this is or how I could get rid of the pain.

My left wrist has pain when I try bending the hand backwards. Forwards bending of the hand does produce a twinge, but not currently as bad a pain. The same action does not hurt on the right hand. There have been no breaks and as far as I can tell, no discoloration. The pain started in the last few days to a week. Should I consider a wrist support for a time? Other ideas?
