I have planovulgus foot and having pain in ancle joint. When check with doctor, he declared as subtalar arthritis. I have back pain also. My uric acid level is 8.1. my doubt is can i take lemon in my diet? I want to follow keto diet for weight loss. My height is 163cm and weight is 70kg.
