Bone & Muscle problems

Dear Sir I am 34 year Male . I am hAving two problem first I am hAving pain in my right hand ankle when I am driving or typing then it is paining other wise normal . 2. I am recently diagonosed as diabetic with Hba1c 7.3 , And total cholestrol 250 tg 186. Dr exes me rosulip 20 , exermet 500 Bd, and Cardace 2.5 . Pls suggest for first one secondaly for second cause too

Preface:- I am physically fit person doing all my chores and walking regularly with no history of any bone problems. I happened to hurt my limb while I was trying to get down from stool and just 1day after that incident I fell in the bathroom hurting the same limb. Now I am unable to walk properly I do not know if it's a fracture and today being 26th Jan it's difficult to find doctors around. Questions I need to ask:- Resolution to my problem -medicines if any? Recommend a good doctor around Kandivali east if examination is necessary?

I spread my knee about 3 monthes ago Im going to the gym lifting wights But goes that help can i help my knee get stronger The problme is that i feel like my knee is going to pop out of place again

Hi sir my age is 30 years.one year back I was hit to wall.that time I didn't get any knee injury but pain is there.After that incident I visited orthopaedic and taken scanning also.All reports are normal.For pain relief doctor suggested ACECLOFENAC and PARACETMOL. Now a days I feel so much knee pain sir.Could you please suggest any medicine or relief treatment?
