Bone & Muscle problems

My sister got affected by polio when she was 1-2 years old but due to lack of awareness and facility in village my father was not able to take her to hospital .she is now 20 years old but her one leg is week and is lanky . She walk but u know bhachak Kar chlna type .I want to know is there any treatment that can strengthen her leg's muscle and she can walk like normal human being .

My mother-in-law is not able to move her shoulder backwards. She experience pain in her arms when she tries to turn in backward position. She is 68 yrs old

Hi,my mother having minor gap in spinal cord disc and always having pain .Sometimes pain moves to legs.

Casually One of friend pulled my right hand very strongly ...at that same time I felt serious pain in my hand and arm...But I didn't observed any swelling around arm and shoulder...later I took MRI of right shoulder and arm...I attached those two MRI results pages with this query..Is any surgery required to shoulder for this MRI findings ? .....kindly suggest me for further ?
