Suffering from pain in right arm and swelling after angiography for the last fifteen days.pain killers are being taken, but no major relief

Patient Name- Mrs Ranjana B Patil Please find below diagnosis- #RT index finger bony mallet compound with crush injury.Debridement of wound over RT index finger +K wire fixatation for distal phalynx. Now she is having pain in that index finger and today noticed pus.we are at our home town so couldnt meet you at ur clinic.please suggest corrective action.
