Bone & Muscle problems

Hi. A couple months ago I was playing soccer in running shoes and someone step on my right big toe. At that moment I just felt a little bit of pain but I kept playing. When the game was over, I started feeling a stabbing pain in the joint, but it didn't last for long. A few weeks later, I played in another soccer match, and in one play I jumped and landed on my big toe, which trigger the same pain. That kept happening for a while when doing the same movement.

I am a regular gym person. Recently i have noticed that my left shoulder and hip joint knuckles when i lift them up or down. Is there any problem with the socket joint or what ?? Shall I lift light weight as i am comfortable lifting heavy. I dont feel any pain though. Is it some deficiency causing the knuckles or what ??

Last week I was fell down my leg twisted and I can't be able to walk properly n can't even lift my weight properly...So please tell what's the actual problem and I have also little selling on it. Thank you 😊

My hips tend to lock up along with a slight burning sensation. My hips "pop" or "crack" (like cracking knuckles but escalated) when they lock up. And when I sit in just about any position on the floor my hips lock up and I,have to move my legs with my hands.

My husband had a gout attack in left foot big toe on 8th Jan midnight for the 1st time ever. He took febustat for 10 days and a couple of painkillers during the attack with suggestions of a doctor. But even after 15 days, he has a bit of pinching pain(irregular intervals) and the toe swells up a little after walking. How long does this last? Should we wait it out? Or should we go for further diagnosis?  What kind of diagnosis? Blood tests during the gout attack, Uric acid:8.7, Total Cholesterol: 251, LDL: 169, Triglycerides: 390.

Since about 4pm yesterday I've had this lower left side pain. Sharp pain cant sit up right or lay down.

My Mother had gap in spinal cord near hip. it pains her a lot. it causes her not to do single work . she already facing problem of spondilesis and gap in leg. we consult orthopedic, he says take complete rest for 2 week. not to do a single work. onlt rest.
