Bone & Muscle problems

Hello, my hemoglobin is 9.5 and ESR come 60. I am having border line rheumatoid arthritis. I tried ayurvedic and homeopathic medicines also. But swelling on body does not decrease. Now I am so worried. What to do???

I have bow legs for about 2.5 years now. I am currently 19 and my weight is 62.6 kgs (checked today at gym). My question is that people say that to hide your bow legs from being visible is to develop strong lower limb muscles buly exercising legs in gym.. but when i do leg press and other leg lifting exercises, i feel that my legs are becoming more free and are bending more... so what should i do? Should i continue with gym or quit it? Also tell some exercises for correcting bow legs.

My mother (age 51) is currently suffering with too much pain in her shoulders. She already had knee pain and is also suffering from thyroid, however as for now, thyroid is under control. Currently, she is having too much difficultly in doing her arm movements. The finger joint and sometimes even whole palm also pains a lot. Kindly give some suggestions about how to start the treatment. Can it be the case of Periartiritis, as one of the local doctors has doubted of it.

Hi Doc, I am Sandesh and have a question for me daughter Ananya. She had a fall while playing basketball today evening. We got an left hard X-ray done and it shows a small hair crack on her wrist bone. There was no senior level available in Mangeshkar where we got her. Assistant doc said there was Dr Modak to whom we can contact tommorow morning.  Now we couldn't do a temporary plaster as assistant doc suggested she needs her wrist hair crack to be realigned as she is in pain and her left hand bends a bit.  We have made a temporary.  He also suggested that she needs to be administered GA to correct this and can be done only tommorow.  She's now in pain and cannot sleep in a comfortable position. Can u suggest me some good doc/ortho hospital where I can take tommorow morning. We gave her crosin for her pain to reduce. Thanks Sandesh

I got hit with a baseball in the medial malleolus in my ankle about a week ago. It started swelling but then went down. There is no bruise and I can walk just fine, but it started hurting and I don't know if it could be fractured ot not.

I have been experiencing pain on the top of my right hand from the base of the thumb bone and the muscle in between the next finger. I play ice hockey so have various hand injury's over time. This came out of nowhere and makes holding things very painful at times.

I have ganglion cyst past 3months on my right wrist how to get over this. No problem but is awkard in public.

I am feeling pain in my left hand from last 6months , done x-ray, MRI also , taken medicine & done physiothenrapy also,but no such improvement ..note i can't able to lift mobile phone for few minutes , if then pain will start in left hand arms. can i hve to check uric acid lever etc. pl. advice

My daughter she is 1year 2months old .suddenly she fell down and her got bend now when she is standing having pain not able to stand on that foot.

Sir my name is Gopinath I'm 167cm height and my age is 24years 5months. I'm not played on my childhood so because of that im short. If I sit with in 5min my legs i fell like blood is not circulating its common for everyone but for me its happening early. Please tell me height increasing tips if possible means. Thank you.
