Hi, Due to fracture in my fingers I undergone k wire surgery and followed by physiotherapy. Even after physiotherapy still fingers are not movable and adviced to go for manipulation under local anaesthesia. I would like to know whether manipulation under anaesthesia is recommended and not harmful? Since I am worrying. Thanks

I love running though I stopped it for the last 7- 8 months given the pain. I want to get back to running . I used to do c~ 35 to 40 KM a week, 4 times a week. is there anyway I can get back to running ? My existing doctor says I need to give up running permanently and does not recommend surgery. Please advise

Hello!  sir my name is poornachander sir my age is 26 my problem is while running bone fructure (tibia bone fracrure) one month ago and i consult local docter he treated me pop and he suggest me takes 3 week rest and also he gave some mediscines :Fit walk tablets and cissus quadrangulas linn extract tablets and calciam vitamin D3 tabs. And recently (after 3 weeks) he remove my pop and suggest x ray - there is no change the  recently. x_ray report doesnt heal my bone But docter prefferd to me walk carefully without anypain so there is any problem please tell me sir
