Bone & Muscle problems

It's been a month since the pain is present in my lower back right side. Pain is really miserable. 1month ago, I was in journey, and lifted some heavy luggages. Might be this could be the reason of this pain. Even while coughing and sneezing, it pains. Couldn't walk properly. Even while seeing it hurts while changing the position. I was in medication under one orthopedic. X ray shows no fractures or something. He advised me some medications basically pain killer. After some time, it again starts paining. 1 month and no major relief. Had some physio also for 8-10 days IFT. Still !!! Please suggest what to do. How much time it generally takes if it is a muscle pull. What precautions I need to take in daily life. Can I ride bike? Please properly advice. Thanks.

Sir, past 5 months I m suffering from arthritis some says that this disease is the cause of consuming horse gram, is this true? I took horsegram porridge for 4 months. Now I m taking medicine for arthritis. If horse gram is the cause for arthritis, how can I come out of this disease. Pl reply me

I have a back pain . I am unable to wakeup during morning after a sleep. With a slight back pain I can be able to woke up from my bed.

Sir i have grade 1 tear ligament injury. And sprain in acl and pcl. Should i go for surgery or is there any other treatment ?

As per the MRI reports I have a near complete tear in ACL and grade 3 tear in medial meniscus. My injury is a year old now. Ive never sensed buckling or locking of knees. Cannot bend my knee fully ( i.e ankle touching glutes ) and a slight instability. I have got mixed opinions from various orthopaedic surgeons. ( 21 years old ) Please help

Lower backpain from last three years I am using vitamin d3 capsules but issue is same.

I am unable to hold pen properly and write.. I had hardly written anything for last 6-7 years as most of my job included typing..Now when I try to write,my index finger doesn't grip the pen.I am able to do every other stuff properly and there is no other issue with my fingers. Is this due to the lack of writing prac ?Mybrain communicates perfectly with my fingers,it's just that the index finger jumps/doesn't grip the pen and I have to apply extra pressure to hold the pen and write result in pain

I twisted my knee last night, only had pain when it twisted and then no pain after until I woke up this morning and stepped down. It only hurts when I step down with all my weight. I can bend it completely with no pain at all. Just when I step down and or turn I have a sharp pain. I have very little swelling.
