Right elbow is paining along with muscles . Medication was consumed so far are pain killer, gas medicine

I am suffering for ankylosing spondylitis, with cronic SI JOINT pain. Recently i had an ayurvedic medicine called vedantak vati, i had an immediate affect on the pain and within 30 minutes there was no pain, i didn't have that medicine for 2 days, there was no pain for atleast 2 days. And there was very less pain after that. I wanted to know how can an ayurvedic medicine be so effective with so immediate effects. Does this vati contains any steroids?? And is it safe to have this medicine regularly.?

Severe knee pain since last4 days. Tried with some pain killer tablets. Getting relief when tablets are used and again pain starting.

I am 16 years old. 2 months ago I get an injury while playing football. I think that injury was not sevior.but one week before I took MRI scan,it shows that I have complete ACL tear .can i cure this through Ayurveda ,avoiding a surgery?

Suddenly the back and all lower part not functioning with a lot of pain. But after some time it will normal, I have to take the consultation of ortho spesclist but, till now problame are continuing what can I come???

I'm having lots of extreme pain in my left thigh right about me knee. I've tried just about everything for pain. I had a knee surgery about 4 years ago to move my knee cap back in place. I've always have had trouble with this thigh after that knee surgery. I'm at the point of screaming I'm never experienced pain like this. I've tried everything from muscle rubs, to over counter pain meds, and rotating hot and cold packs, and soaking in Epson salt. I hope you can help.
