Two days before,I fell down from stairs and now i am able to walk but it is very difficult to sit and sleep straight.is this a fracture or mild sprain?do i need to consult doctor,because in these twoday I had a pain killer and applied volini twice a day.The pain has refuced while walking but while siting its all tbe same.

My father has cervical spondylosis, blood pressure. Please suggest some medicines

I was having a pain in my lower back since long. I went to a Orthopedic and he advised for the surgery ,resulted to diagnose a reduced GAP between the last 2 cords. Doctor suggested the pain may be because of this issue and as this is a mechanical problem hence we cant do anything except being careful. Please advise what best I can do to get rid.

I have ganglion cyst in my wrist .it's been there from last 10 years but has emerged big from last 6 months.

I have completed the course of my medicine with complete rest for my ankle. Right now I don't experience that much pain  but quite normal to walk, though the pain hasn't completely healed.
