Bone & Muscle problems

24yrs girl. Slipped and fell on my back 7 months back. Now my back near tail bone is paining and creating sounds when am turn side while lying on my back. Am able to find difference in balancing of right leg. Right leg is little unsteady.

Fell and injured left hip, pain feels muscular or in tendon. Radiates from lower posterior left hip to glut to leg. Worsens with activity - thoughts? Getting from laying to sitting or sitting to standing is excruciating...

Is there any exercise, yoga or any gym workout to reduce carry angle? Actually, I want to join armed forces and I don't to be medical out after preparing hard for the exam. I have already measured it from X-ray and it is 18 degree and it should be less than 15 degree.
