I am suffering from tailbone pain for a week. I cannot sit on her space at about 110° angle. As I do yoga and some exercise I need to sit at that angle. Please tell me what to do.

I sprained my ankle 1 month back. I got my x ray done. There is no fracture. But there is still a lot of pain on the ankle area. Is putting warm water on the ankle a good option to soothe the pain . Also is physio therapy a must ?
