Hi Doctor, My grandfather is diagnosed with spinal TB last week. As he lives in Rajahmundry, I want to bring him to Hyderabad along with me for the treatment. Local doctor is recommending for biopsy before treatment. My grandpa is 78 years old and is under medication for diabetics and creatine. Please guide me, which doctor to be consulted. And can I visit the doctor with my grandpa MRI scan and blood test reports to take an opinion. Thank you, Ravikumar M

Operation of increased neck bones that results in pressing vein. And patient is not able to walk

I've been having an issue in my left leg. It's located slightly above my knee and I feel it go into the knee. I only have pain when I go from a squatting/sitting position to stand up. Once I am standing up I am fine and have no pain or anything.

There are some impression in my MRI study of lumbo-sacral spine L3-L4 level reveals posterior annular disc tear and mild diffuse posterior discbulge without any neural element compression. what does its mean and what is the cure?

I met with an accident and doctor suggested me knee ligament surgery. I will upload x-ray, please tell me wheather i have to go through knee ligament surgery or not.

I have bony avulsion fracture of PCL. fracture bone fragment is mildly displaced posterosuperiorly and measures approximately 16 X 15 X 10 mm. All other Ligament are intact. Does this require surgery or just 4 week plaster is enough to be cured?
