Bone & Muscle problems

Took a fall, and I have numbness on the left side of my left knee. There is no pain at all unless I kneel. There is a tingling feeling in my knee if I move the skin around with my hand. Wondering if it sounds like something serious.

Somebody asked that that type of medicine long one hand or leg etc..so I confused and think I should take if or not ????????...

I felled down from my scooter and my leg is wounded . It has been 8 days after accident i used betadine cream for cure but there is no use and i consulted a doctor who told me to take TT twice a day but there is no use . Can i use mega heal cream for treatment or should i use any other medicines or creams and i also have sugar iam using germer 1 for the treatment for sugar . The doctor told me that the wound is not healing bcz i have sugar what should i do ??
