Hello Sir ! As the history says that your father has polyarthralgia/ multiple joint pains in the foot. The CRP levels are indicative of an underlying inflammatory pathology. This is a non specific marker of inflammation and does not indicate any aetiology. as I could make out the levels of RA factor is not raised, We will exclude a possibility of Rheumatoid arthritis. This likely indicates presence of a seronegative polyarthralgia. Another probable diagnosis is of GOUT which typically affects the great toe first. Please get tested for Anti-ccp anti body and S uric Acid and follow with an orthopedic/rheumatologist. Meanwhile you can take Tab Etoricoxib 90 mg twice a day with Tab Pan-40 once in the morning for pain relief.
