Bone & Muscle problems

I met with a small bike accident And hurt my right leg bone. I had a small swelling. It is gone now after two days with some cream and sprays like volini. It has been 3 weeks now. Still the lower front portion of my leg hurts when I touch or press that area. There is no swelling. I can do regular activities like walking and all without any pain. Should I be worried and see a doctor or it is common and need more time to heal. Or what foods and medication will speed up the healing process.

I have a plate in my leg which has been in for 24 years now. A few days ago I went to step into the shower, I lifted my left leg in and slipped and my right leg (which has the plate) bent and hit the step right onto my plate. My leg is bruised and swollen and now Im in a lot of pain up to my knee which is now also swollen. Should I be worried?

I have started gyming from last 2 weeks as my weight is almost 70 kgs. From the last week i am having severe pain in my ankle and toes, it even pains in the resting position. What can be the reason for this, even my toe nails also feels dead as much as I cut them it doesn't pain. How can I get relieved from the pain.

Dear concerns , I do not feel any pain when my hand is resting but I feel pain when I throw a ball with my arm in the horizontal position it really hurts in my shoulder joint . Secondly When I hold something in my hand which is a touch heavy for hand I start feeling that my hand is getting tired and as if blood supply stopped . Note : I feel no pain in normal movements of my hand Kindly Help in this regard. Best

I had a ligament ruptured at ankle few years ago.. but still when I play a game or walk a lot my ankle and the bone in my leg starts paining

I am having pain in right hand shoulder from last 2-3 weeks. I am not able to throw ball faster.

I am having terrible ache in my lower back, at the end of my tailbone. It is concentrated at the point. I used to have this pain sometimes in the past and it used to go away in a day or two. This  time it is persisting for long and it is very intense, I can't sit properly. It won't be possible for me to visit the doctor in the next 2 or 3 days, so till then, is there anything I can do?
