Lower back pain (spinal)
My mother is suffering from lower back pain since 8-9 years. She has a problem in L4-L5-S1 discs and her leg gets numb if she stands or walks for a while. Currently she is undergoing physiotherapy from past 3 months but it isn't helping much. Different doctors have given different opinions. Please suggest what to do ?

Needs an MR scan to rule out possibility of severe lumbar canal stenosis. If so, might need an operative intervention gor permanent cure. Weight reduction and dietary modification necessary along with conservative treatment.
