Hi, it looks like you got mechanical back pain. Your symptoms should settle down with physio. Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult orthopaedic surgeon. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B. Thoraipakkam. Chennai
