Bone & Muscle problems

My husband has feet pain especially toe nails and his soul .he has diabetes.but the pain is constant.please help.have tried many things.

My wife has gave birth to baby boy 2 months back. Now she is facing severe body pains since last week. Consulted doctor and she prescribed Hi coval injection but still body is paining.

My nerve are compressed and size of disc are narrowing and causine pain in my right leg

In Nov while doing some yoga/ asana (bakasana, image of the asana is attatched), I hold myself in a position in which there was too much pressure in my wrist...then I felt some pain in my wrist. Initially I ignored it thinking that this might be normal and kept on exercising while completely ignoring it. But the pain did not go. Now I have given up very form of exercise and fomenting with hot water and also using crepe bandage. There is hardly any improvement...plz suggest how to cure this...thank you very much in a dvance.
