Complex grade 3tear in potarior horn of lateral meniscus. High grade acl tear is noted. Grade 1 sprain/tear in medical and lateral collateral ligaments. Mild joint effusion with suprapatellar bursitis. Sprain of the medial patellar retinaculum.

Yesterday i Injured my index finger knuckle playing basketball. It’s a little more mobile today and the pain has subsided a bit. There’s swelling between my index finger and thumb but there is no discoloration and I can clench my hand to make a fist with only a bit of pain. Ican move all of my fingers and the actual knuckle doesn’t hurt but the surrounding area with swelling does when Imove it too much. I know it’s hard to reach a conclusion sinceyou can’t actually see my hand butanything helps

Im 16, i recently lost a bit of weight with changing my diet and i noticed something very weird, one of my ribs has some kind of a bony lump on it and its really weird looking, when i put my arms up you can see that its a lil bigger than the size of my fist and its kinda flat,it also has lil lumps could it a part of the rib or something, not painful though, my ribs look very uneven and im really curious what could it be, ive never seen something like this before because i was overweigt, help?

Bilateral Sacroiliacs Hi My wife was having severe low back pain for the last 3 months. we are currently living in UAE. We done the MRI and was reported Bilateral Sacroiliitis. The Rhumetologist done the HLS-B27 which was negative. The physiotherapy and pain killers didn't help. She could not stand more than 30 mins. Now the Rhumetoligst is suggest

Sir,my father is of 54 years old..he is having pain in lower back..we visited to a physical medicine expert..he suggested to do an MRI,and ultrasonography..we did that..and doctor doubted that he might possess tuberculosis spondilytis..but doctor was not 100% sure..and started tuberculosis treatment..but my father is facing some physical problems.. can you suggest which specialist doctor should we see for better treatment??

Severe pain upper right abdomen..worse when i lie down..with constant back pain... I also have mucus in bowel movement...I have had a cat scan but they couldn't hit a vein to get dye in veins so ran the scan without dye...nothing came up. Should I seek another dr? I have had this pain since September and its only getting worse like a rubber band tightening up....hurts to breathe...any insight would be helpful.. Thank you

Dear doc, I meant having pain while standing, getting up, sneezing and coughing. Also pain sometimes radiates to buttock and right leg. Plz advice
