Bone & Muscle problems

I've been diagnosed with Right ASIS Apophysitis. I'm a track runner and have a big meet in about 2 weeks. My doctor said no running for 7-10 days and it's been 5. I've been icing my hip every 3 hrs whenever I can, but I just want to get a second opinion on the situation and how I should proceed.

My age 33,i have high grade year in acl,please say what I do,what are the treatment is available

I have teared my acl ND it's been four months ND it's paining there is no sweeling

I suffered a fracture in my right arm when I was nearly one and a half years old. The treatment resulted in a malunion that wasn't detected at that time. Although I can perform all the normal functions with that arm, however, I am not able to do heavy workout with weights in gym. Also I am not able to pushups properly owing to inability to maintain the right balance with both hands. Please suggest what can be done to get the malunion corrected. I am 26 years old male with a high BMI.

Hello doctor,Its been 2years now i have pain in my wrist i had gone to many orthopedic but still no recovery doctors say i have de quervain tenosynovitis.The pain radiates from wist to elbow and then should.Can a physiotherapy cure it?

I had a ligament damage while playing football 2minths back..I showed a doctor who gave me medicines...I also did a X-ray but It had no crack or fracture. 2months have passed and now also I feel pain in the morning or while running heavily..I want to start playing football but can't start due to this pain.

Hi Sir/ Madam, One of my friend pulled my hand very strongly...at that same time I got a serious pain in my shoulder...by the by I didn't get swelling but when I am going to rotate my hand for excercise ...I am feeling there is pain...can u please suggest me for further ?

Hii gdeve..i hav been taking ZINCOVIT, SERTA 25mg,BETACAP tr40 tablts ..my doc suggest me these medicines... My problems are  i felt disbalance while walking ,pain in neck, little bit dizzy  nd sometimes headache olso ...but after taking these medicines 6-7 months which i hav writtn above i felt gud ...aftr leaving these medicines i feel the same problems again..should i continue these medicines ??pls rply me soon ...is it olso a gud medicines for my prblms pls tel? Its a long term prblm yh short term??? Do rply

I am 36 year old men..... my problem is that when I bend forward and stretch my spinal is pain. And also pain to touch in particular side...

I've been suffering from tenosynovitis for about 7 months. Had a lot of anti inflammatory tabs, ultra sound therapy, immobilization for a while, physiotherapy and so on. but no reduction in pain. I doubt if it is just a mental construct. Should a consult a psychiatrist or psychologist?
