I had a implant of titanium plate with screw in tibia .It is hardly one month of surgery and i have been asked for two month rest while exercising of foot i feel light pain in surgery area is it normal

I wanna to know wheather this need a operation or it can be done through plaster. Actually surgery was don't on my ankle..
