Shoulder/ arm pain
I am 28 years old male I have had previous problems with elbow was told to get tommy john surgery never did been playing adult softball recently about a month or more ago threw arm out now it hurts after almost two months from injury was in shoulder left there now in neck wondering what the hell it could be

Is ur elbow pain still there..if yes..it could be due to that..or u must have sprained ur neck and shoulder muscles while playing..u better get a thorough examination from local orthopaedician to get a clear picture..
