After delivery,  since 3 months, my all joints are painful. Specially fingers joints. Worsening during night.

Typical symptoms of polyarthralgia. Please get a rheumatoid profile done along with S homocysteine and S vit D3 levels. Start tab etoricoxib 90 mg twice a day for pain relief. Do follow with a rheumatologist if profile indicates seropositive arthritis.
