I am a sportsperson, during a cricket match i dived to take a catch and landed on my soulder, later on same day i bowled with high speed arm swing, next day there was high shoulder pain and nearly nill movement in soulder. Its been almost a month and i am still in pain. Regularly massaging my soulder with pain relief cream but there is still some pain left. Please help.
