Bone & Muscle problems

Having knee pain from last few months. MRI test shows ACL tear grade 1 n some other stuff. Need to heal it asap. Regular with physiotherapy as well as wearing knee brace 24x7. Still having pain. Please advice.

My MIL went for a minor surgery of tendon on her right thumb at 2 joints. After 8 days of surgery, stitches were removed. While one joint was good, other was fully exposed. You can actually see inside. She was adviced to tie a band aid by her doctor. But after 4 days, she started bleeding. Then, we took her to a nearby hospital where wound was cleaned and proper bandage was tied. This went on for 2 weeks. After that, when bandage was opened, the wound was not healed. Again she went to her ortho doc, who asked her to stick band aid. So it has been 20 days since her stitches were removed and her wound is bleeding again. what shall we do?

Is there any test to check how much knee ligament is damaged and after how many days of accident we can have that test ? Please advice

I have been diagnosed hlab27 +ve 4 yrs back..other reports(vitamin D, ACCP, ana etc) are in normal range but my CRP=25 and ESR are high..it always gets aggravated in winters. I know exercise is always the best solution. I do yoga but get lazy in winters. Please tell me how better I can treat myself and what other things I can do. Also anything in diet I can add. Thanks in advance

Swelling in my ankle(1 year), knee(6 months) and elbow past few months. My last rheumatologist said it is inflammation caused by psoriatic arthritis - no psoriasis. Used methotrexate for 4 months (no difference) and sulfasalazine (2 months ) no use. Will try biologicals soon but not sure it is the correct diagnosis, can it be anything else?

It is more when I lie down. At night disturbance in sleep. When I stand after sitting for a while, the knee joint takes time to stabilize. Walking , standing I have no problem. Can walk briskly for 5 kms.

Sir, I am getting severe pain in leg at the region of shin bone. The pain used to aggravate while running for 2-3 mins. The pain will reduce on taking rest, or if I stop running. I am getting this pain from last 2 weeks, since I Started for jogging. Hope for your valuable suggestions. Thanks

My mother is going for Total knee replacement in her right knee in the next week. In the year 2003 her left knee was also replaced and post surgery physiotherapy had played very crucial role to make her walk in very conveniently. Presently Staying in kharghar sector 20. Planning to undergo for physiotherapy just after the surgery here.Your view?

I got clavicle fracture on 8th Nov 2017, 3 months ago, but still my shoulder is paining at trapezoid and back of the neck, and headache. clavicle fracture area is feeling bone movement, bump and displaced.
