Hi, I have been having acute shoulder pain for 2 weeks now. Today, it has gotten a lot worse. Need help.

I had an MCL tear 23 days back. It does not hurt until I press the area with my hand. I can walk very near to properly but I am not able to put weight on my knee with my leg bent. I feel as if my knee is not stable and wont take the weight. And yeah I have a bit of a swelling around the knee even till now.

Hi.Age 29 h/o pcod, I am having neck pain and upper back stiffness since 3years already. Doing a sitting computer job. It worsens when i get up from sleep in morning and especially during work. I have done xray , report tells muscle spasms. Only extreme heat and cold packs give temporary relief. I do yoga , it reduces pain but it doesn't go off.

I am having back pain since one month but I think it's increasing now. What to do? I am afraid because I heard of it as Disc related and I am a dancer and a sportsman too. I don't want to quit doing these. I am an IT professional and use to work around 9 to 10 hours a day sitting in front of computer screen.
