Can ayurvedic treatment cure gangellion in my left hand completely. I want to start that but I am not so sure about it

I injured my knee while playing football. Got x-ray and MRI scan of the knee done. I have attached the report. The doctor suggested surgery is not required. I'm adviced not to put on weight for few days. Currently using a knee immobilizer. Please advice me on the recovery time and the time needed for normal activities (walking) Thanks in advance Sridhar

I had left acl partial tear knee in 2008. But I avoid surgery hoping it will cure by exercises. But now in 2018 joint is highly unstable with pain in meniscus also. What should be the next line of management. Should I go for surgery. Since tear is chronic,is surgery good?

I have been having heel pain from one and half year now I have used a lot of tablets and medicines and also vitamin injections. I have all the symptoms of plantar fasciitis. my legs are very painful in the morning and also when I don't walk for about 1 hour. if i press at the back of my Heels also it will be painful. sometimes occasionally I do stretching exercise by looking into YouTube which will be helpful and also applied ice sometimes but this all temporary relief. I want to get rid of it I don't know what to do even if I walk for a lot of time in a day that day the pain will be severe.. please suggest me something so that I can get over this it's been a long time with this pain hope your suggestion will solve my problem thank you so much.

I was fielding on covers in a professional cricket match. Batsman hit the ball so hard and ball directly hits to my lower part of palm. Now i am not able to make proper movement of my hand and its paining. I am not able to grip hard any thing beacuse its paining so hard. Swelling is not that much but some where it seems that it is selled.
