Do calf muscles stretching exercises- highly effective. If not improving then you need PRP or steroid injection

So far the treatment you are receiving seems to be on track. There should have been definite relief. There seems to be no mention of the pain status after the treatment has started. Please understand that it will take some time to heal. Also, the fact that you keep straining the affected area by long standing due to the nature of your work doesn't help. Your orthopedic and Physiotherapist are working with this major limitation. Please be patient.
Next Steps
If the pain still persists then you need to take a second opinion but it will have to be in person, not sure how much online support might help.
Health Tips
Hopefully you are doing your stretching of your calf muscles regularly as suggested. You mentioned using an arch support. Hope that is along with a change in footwear also. If you continue using formal shoe then they are not very kind to the soles of your foot.

you are asking for a straight forward prescription change. you need to consult someone for that, as it cannot just be prescribed sitting at home or in front of a computer. get yourself checked with all the treatments and reports at hand to be screened.
