Pain in left Heel
I Have significant pain in my left heel. It may be plantar fascia or something else I don't know. I go through out the day without issues but sometimes the pain becomes unbearable

If plantar fascitis just do some gastrocnemius stretching exercises or meet a physiotherapist to do exercises in a proper way. Soft heels,heel cups , painkillers help. If not getting better .wet a orthopaedician

Do calf stretching exercises hold for 10 seconds. Do it 20 times morning and evening

Is the pain severe in the morning ? Did u have a footwear modification ? Do u use insoles ?
