I have two to three guilties in my arm but it doesn’t pain at all, still would like to know the reason for it?? Hope nothing to worry about??

Ideally you should show it to a General Surgeon and get an all clear. Sometimes the location where it is developing could be an issue. Better get it checked.

Painless movable swelling in extremities like arm are most commonly Lipomas which are benign Need not worry about that But it’s better to consult a Ortho Surgeon or general Surgeon to rule out anything else
