Can i go to gym and lift weight after cubitus varus surgery? And If I can, how many months need to wait?

Please find mri knee attached is there any problem in it? Presently i am experiencing Post op 3 mnth acl r akp knee swell tight getting rom(0-120) actively but prblems not able to walk with out single crutch while walking knee not locking as other normal knee due to swelling.. patella is free but not that much as normal..

I am having legs pain from more than a year.i think I may have got that my resting my muscles during holidays not going anywhere.now since 1.5 years when I walk i feel legs paining and I can't even walk .it becomes a very big task to me.i feel pain and middle of leg bone joint and at calf Muscle and below circular bone at feet.,which makes me not walkable.i would like to know can it be solved

I am on tuberculosis meds for my spine t.b . I was feeling good after a month's course of medicines but now after two months into the course the pain feels like its coming back ,its not back but it feels achey when I get up after lying down, is it normal ? Hii,I'm facing lower back pain since 3 year.Started with tell-bone,after 2 year it is fully cure.But a then also lower back pain is continued.After consulting to physician,I have done MRI Test.In report there is Mild listhesis in l5.And disc bulge in l4-l5.Can listhesis is curable.

Can frozen shoulder extend down the arms? I'm diabetic and is having severe pain from shoulders down to the arms
