Bone & Muscle problems

Hello there, My query is related to the knee pain which I am facing quite often. On December 3, 2017, I weighed 84 kg and from that date I begin to jog and do some training in the park. On Feb 8, 2018 my weight has come down to 74. So, basically in this time interval I lost 10 kg. But now a days I am frequently coming across knee pain whenever I jog. So, please tell me what areas should I need to focus now.

I have a softball size mass under my left armpit that doesn't hurt. I've had it two years.

I was tumbling while cheerleading and injured my knee. It was unstable, locking, and In pain. It has been a week and I am still unable to fully straighten my knee. I got an mri report that said: mild diffuse increased PD signal seen throughout the ACL without high-grade partial or full thickness tear. Moderate size knee effusion. 4cm baker cyst. What does this mean for my acl as I am an athlete and what would be the best treatment option?

Hi I fell downstairs in house a few weeks on my thigh and in a lot of pain also my tailbone do I need a xray

I am 30 years old and have started jogging a couple of months back. But I have been facing a problem of pain in shin bone since starting because of which I am not able to jog. I can only walk even if I have strength. I thought it will go away with the time but it is getting worse. I have having good diet also. I have deficiency of vitamin b12 for which I am talking medicines which I got to know after a routine body checkup. What could be the issue? What is that I am doing wrong?

I have pain in right side back radiate with right side front abdomen for last one year. I have MRI scan report reveals sudeoartheritis. I have constant pain in my right side abdomen with tenderness to touch of skin. Please suggest. I have done whole abdomen ultrasound it's show normal. Stool test shows normal.
