I have pain in left side of knee..please suggest. Can't sit & stand pain in my knee.. left side knee

1yr back I was under treatment for liver. Immediately after treatment I started getting pain in my knees. Now it is becoming intense while walking.i have taken various multi vitamin for vit d, calcium, n also for pain for pain is still the same.now pain also started around neck.i don't have rheumatoid arthritis as per blood test n normal MRI on no Ortho artritis as per orthopedic Dr.

I met with an accident year ago but still if I do push up or pull up it hurt in ligament of left palm.It is exactly paining in left thumb palm area when I do some work.Any medicine to cure
