Sir I felldown in Bath room before 2.5 year still now little bit pain when I sleep that side also turn my ribs.and another one is chest centre bone pain when I press hardly and lift my hand up

Last year i was having little backpain and my friend said that he can relax my back by lifting me in a way that causes crackling sound in the back. he lifted me in the rainbow position folding my hands ,this caused a noisy single crackle in by backbone. i felt as if something cracked , i did't realise then but next morning the pain was like hell . its been an year now , consulted many ortho ,neurosurgeons of no use . MRI scans(did thrice) , xrays are very normal . what to do ? physiotherapy?

I am 25 years old, from 1 year I have knee pain due to knee gap. I have treatment from artho-pedic doctor but still I m not recover that pain and gap also. Because of pain I cant able to straight my knee and leg also please help me how can I recover it

I noticed clicking or snapping sound from both my ankles.. increased since six months...and now from almost every joint..evem TMJ..cracking sound while chewing..consulted 3 doctors..they said its normal...its nthing...now my wrist joint also crackles alot...while movement of my hand...bt all this was without any pain...recently..i felt paind during planter flexion and inversion od my right foot..and pain in pressing with hand a little in the front of ankle..whats going on???

For the past three months, I have been facing issue with my knee joints while climbing stairs, or if i fold my legs and sit, etc. I have benn diagnosed with Thyroid and am under Thyroid medication. also take calcium supplement under doctor advise.
