I'd a Compound & comminuted tibial fracture on 12 January, 2018 .. Plate have been placed with 13 screws. There were some skin necrosis & blisters post operation. Then, with advice of plastic surgeon, vacuum dressing carried out for about 3 weeks. Now, he is going for skin grafting as the wound is clean according to him. What I want to ask is how much more time it will take my leg to bear some weight. So, I can start walking a bit. Secondly, Is it necessary to have the slab beneath my leg ?
