Bone & Muscle problems

Hi doctor, I had a tailbone injury 9 months back. The pain is 70% ok now but if exterted at that area pain returns. I am not able to sit properly and sometimes sleeping also increases pain , only lying on tummy relieves pressure.i have gone through 15 days physiotherapy session of and had helped me a little in reliving pain slightly. Plz advise

My friend fell down and bent her toe. She suffered pain for 10 days and now pain is no more and she can walk without any problems, but now after all this she feels a tickle while moving her toe. What could be a reason and what should be done? Also she wants to join Dance class now.

My index finger was dislocated 2 years ago is there any chance of its treatment now?

I got injury in the right leg (the bone located between knee and foot) and the part got swollen. What treatments is now required? Do surgical intervention require in such cases (I fear very much for surgery)? If possible please state the cause. N.B. : I have no pain and walk without problem.

Leg pain for more than a week from hip to toe of the leg... Skin irritation too.. painkillers used but not a permanent solution... Suggest some other... Any medicine or.. any idea.. about what maybe the problem.

Sir I have lymphnode swelling in right neck cervical region.in 3-4 place one is big size it may be one inch.. it's painful when I got fever.. I already go for FNAC the result is reactive lymphnode of hyperplasia..

I am feeling slight pain in my left arm since morning I tried to feel the exact location of the origin of the pain and it started getting worse on little pressing. The pain starts near the elbow and radiates down to the palm. Feel a burning radiating pain in the entire arm below elbow. Please suggest some remedy.
