Hi Doctor, I am having neck pain from last one month, Pain is at back left corner of the neck

My finger got smashed in jumpseat because of turbulence nw my middle finge is swollen n numb.so do i need to see a doctor

I have pain in my ankle following  accident. There is swelling near the ankle area. The muscles are painful on touch. It is paining from the base of the ankle to the part where I wear my socks the swelling has reduced slightly however the pain still exist. I have been applying Crepe bandage on the wound for the past 2 days and have also used hot oil + haldi on two occasions the pain has subsided a bit however it is still there I'm able to walk however it pains if I put any stress on my ankle

Sir, From last 2 to 3 weeks, only right leg knee is paining. I don't have any problem in walking but when ever there is a requirement to keep my knee in bend position(for sitting on floor or on chair, etc), thereafter its quiet difficult to get up. Over the time considering this as a temporary pain, I have already tried Volini (spray), Iodex and hot water message, hot mustard oil along with garlic, but everything has given me temporary relief for 2 days max and the pain resumes after that. Kindly prescribe me the way to find the permanent solution. Thanks Santosh

Sir,4 years ago I had been accident from bike and right side knee injured.I showed a local orthopedic doctor Morena after 1 month my knee recovered but 2017 my same knee turned when i was off the stairs and same I was take treatment from local doctor and recovered,now same conditions when I was off stairs turned same way but this time I was go for MRI in Gwalior and showed he doctor,MRI indicated the total tear of proximal part of acl with mild anterior translation of tibia Dr suggested surgery.

25OH-Vitamin D level is 19.9 for my mother age 67. Vitamin B12 is @ 222 Please suggest medicine, my doctor suggest either Cap Lumia 60k or VMD3 60k once per week for 2 months.  Kindly share your valuable opinion

Hi, My name is Naresh I am 37 years old. During working hours I have to sit infront of couputer. I am having pain in right shoulder and neck so I get my Cervical Xray done. Report is as follows: 1. Loss of cervical lordosis is seen 2. Osteophytes formation is seen in C4-C6 vertebra 3. IV disk spaces are maintained. 4. Prevertebral soft tissues appear normal.

From last 10 days I am having pain in join as well as in muscle of right arm, that why I am not able to go for Gym also. Kindly help me out with this.

Initially the pain started as random aches below breast on both sides and also in the mid back on bra line. But over past one week the pain increaed and feels like a pressure or something heavy in upper back and localised aches also felt in areas near shoulder blades corner of shoulder and neck sides.the pain startes after sometime of waking.
