Is it necessary to take vitamin d3 pouch with CALCIUM SUPPLEMENT. I am always vitamin d deficient.Now i have constipation problen.My doctor prescribe me goldcal. And told you take too much tension that is why goldcal suit you. But godcal suit me cipcal d3 pouch.Is there any connection between tension and CALCIUM deficient. And is it necessary to take d3 SUPPLEMENT with CALCIUM SUPPLEMENT.my CALCIUM SUPPLEMENT also contain 0.25mcg vitamin D. Is it not enough.

I got hair line facture on my right thumb, doctor checked the x Ray and  suggested pain killer for 10 days and a thumb splint for 3 weeks. As of now I am sending my current thumb position in the picture. Cricket ball got hit on my thumb (palm side) on February 3rd. As of now in the picture you can see inflammation. My friend got into a bike accident a week ago. He is suffering from a broken clavicle as well as a crack in his scapula. He has an injury from impact on the area joining arm and shoulder which is healing well. Right now he is having acute muscle pain covering his shoulder and arm..specifically deltoid area as well as scapula. There is also swelling along with the pain. Is there a reason why the pain is quite bad and it is swelling? Also what are the remedies to soothe the pain because even the prescribed pain killers arent he lping much. Thank you

I went for dressing of a knee wound at a private clinic, Doctor consulation fees were 500, I am fine with that. But they charged 1000 RS for dressing. I had the same dressing at Manipal hospital, they charged around 250. What should I do in this case.
