Bone & Muscle problems

I have a lot of tension, because my left knee complet ACL tear, I met many doctors, but no result, and I think feel lonely, bcoz I am un married, I think my life is completely damaged, NOW WHAT AM I DO

A while back while squating with weights my leg gave out and i immediately felt pain that followed me for some months. Now when i move my knee it makes a pop sound no more oaun but i worry it may interfere if i try to lift again

From 4, 5 i feel Swelling in my back underlying my muscle. Size is same. No other symptoms. What is it? In 2012 i m doing exercise in gym. For that reason it happen?

I smacked my knee on a concrete stair 5-8 years ago. I remember​ it was bruised for several months and my parents never took me to the doctor. It doesn't hurt when I walk but, sometimes it locks up. It also has this horrible pain if it's hit slightly. Occasionally it will hurt out of no where. It also has a really odd soft spot when the patella should be. Besides that it doesn't bother me. I hate the doctor I feel like they're not gonna tell me

Hi I do have gout problem. Does gout are cureable? If it does what I need to do in order for me to ensure im not get gout again. Thanks

I am a 25yo regular gym goer. I have been having pain in my shoulder joint whenever i ride my motorcycle for long 10+kms. It must be because of the rotator cuff imbalance. What i am unable to figure out is which muscle is it related to. Is my serratus anterior too strong or my subscapularis is weak? Because riding a bike is internally rotating my shoulders and that internal rotation is causing pain. I have worked on shoulders very much not giving my rotator cuffs the same treatment. Please help.

My mother's appetite has declined over the past few months. She is a diabetic pateint and has the BSL between 150 - 200. Recently, she started having acute pain in legs and muscles, especially in knees. The leg muscles freezes during night time and she is unable to make any movement. Please suggest the necessary treatment/steps to be followed.
