I hav been having bak pain since 1.5yrs. And last yr i was diagnosd wid l4-l5 compression and took steroids & physiotherapy. But didnt subsided.I took MRI. Was reported as L5S1 diffuse disc bulge wid minimal tear wid neural foraminal narrowing. I tuk ayurvedic treatment for 4mnths. Pain was subsid was feeling bettr. But aftr i startd wrkng pain incrsd & i am not able to take my duties. Now i again took MRI & now it shows "Lumbar Spine straightening & L5S1 Disc Desiccation with diffuse disc bulge

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. • Avoid bending in front.

You need to strengthen you back muscles. Once pain controlled with physio do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
